    This page is dedicated to all our 8th grade families.  If you missed any announcements, please read below to stay informed.

     

    March 14, 2025

     

    In a few months the 8th grade class will graduate from Hall Middle School. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with a fun-filled last week of school! Below is some important information regarding our 2025 festivities. And, you can always visit the Hall 8th Grade website for the most up to date information.

     

    MARK YOUR CALENDARS:

    Monday, June 9th

    • 8th Grade Awards Assembly, Hall Gym, 8:30 - 9:30 am 

    Tuesday, June 10th

    • 8th Grade Class Trip to Six Flags, roughly 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

    Wednesday, June 11th

    • Regular Dismissal at 1:45 pm

    • Graduation at the Hall Gym; 4:00 - 5:00 pm (4 tickets per graduate)

    • Reception in the Hall Quad; 5:15 - 6:15 pm (all are welcome)

    Thursday, June 12th 

    • Minimum Day with 1:30 pm dismissal

    • 8th Grade Dance, Hall Gym 7:00 - 9:00 pm

    FAMILY CONTRIBUTION:

    In order to make this a memorable and successful finale for our kids, we are asking for a per student contribution of $185. The year-end celebrations that the PTA organizes are open to all eighth graders and no student will be excluded for financial reasons.  If your family is able, please consider supporting another student with an additional amount. All contributions are welcome. 

    Payment is due by Tuesday, April 15th.

    This helps cover the following expenses:

    - The graduation dance which will have a DJ, photobooth and refreshments

    - The field trip to Six Flags including bus transport, park entry and lunch

    - Graduation Ceremony followed by a Reception

     

    There are two ways to make your contribution:

    1. Online through this link:  https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=JSH4QUE66T5P4 , you have the 

    option to pay via PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card. 

    Through these methods, you can contribute the $185 ask or make a contribution of any amount. 

    Please include your student's name in the note.

    2. By check payable to Hall PTA (please put “8th grade graduation” and your child’s name in the memo section). Checks can be turned into the Hall office or you can mail them to: 

    Hall Middle School, 200 Doherty Drive, Larkspur, CA 94939. 

    Payment is due by Tuesday, April 15th.

    Redwood High School is excited to welcome Class of 2029 to their Open House next Thursday, January 23rd from 5 to 7:30 pm.

    Calling All 8th Grade Families

    Just as we get settled into the school year, Redwood High School registration for the 2025-26 school year is upon us. Please read the attached letter for more information.

    If your student is interested in applying to private high schools, please have them fill out this Google Form to let Ms. La Blue know. She will begin scheduling 10 -15 minute check-ins with students the week of November 4th. The form is only able to be filled by students, with their LCM emails address.
